Three brothers from Cheshire have driven from Land’s End to John O’ Groats in a small bus built in the 1940s for children’s seaside trips.
James, Andrew and Will Emerton took turns driving the miniature petrol-powered bus which is approximately 1m (3ft) high and 2.5m (8ft) long.
The bus can travel at 20-25 mph, but averaged 12 mph during the trip. It took the brothers a week to reach their destination.
They have been raising money for the MPS Society, the Children’s Society, and Hope Hope House Children’s.
